Tim Gray’s Interview with United States Armed Forces Radio Network on The Richard Winters Leadership Project- May 26, 2010
Armed Forces Radio Interview 5-26-2010
I had the honor of appearing on the United States Armed Forces Radio Network today to discuss the Richard Winters Leadership project. Armed Forces Radio continues to reach our troops throughout the world providing them with news from home and the front lines. Armed Forces Radio was an especially important resource to soldiers, sailors and airmen during World War II.
To listen to today’s interview simply click the link at the top of this story. Of course, the interview started before I thought it did, thus my relaxed tone!

Tim: Bought 30 of these to give out to my fellow veterans and to those on my daily travels….gave one last week to a 501st PIR D-Day vet & a US Marine recovering from his wounds…..talk about a young man following Maj Winters advice………great project and will do my small part to spread the word. Will buy a bunch more and pass out at our 101st Trigger Time Meeting this coming July/August in Strongsville Ohio……there will be some real 101st WW II vets there. Its & historian Mark Bando’s great website. mark interviewed the Major way back in the 80’s for his numerous books on 101st….Maj Winters is a most modest and humble man…a real honor to even be associated with this effort. TC says thanks to you and all who are raising money for this project !
Currahee!
